The space

This charming 41 m² flat is designed to offer comfort and practicality, ideal for stays with family or friends. It comprises a bright living room with a comfortable sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen to cater for all your needs.

The bathroom, on the ground floor, has a shower and WC.

At night, the accommodation includes a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, providing a cosy and comfortable sleeping area. There is also a mezzanine with a 140cm double bed and a sofa bed.

There is also a garage for storing your bikes or beach gear. There is also a washing machine.

Outside, there's a large terrace, perfect for relaxing in the open air and taking full advantage of the Mediterranean climate.

The residence benefits from rare direct access to Vias-Plage's avenue des commerces, allowing you to easily reach the shops, restaurants and local entertainment on foot. An ideal setting for a relaxing, friendly holiday.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddling, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

The house is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.

Getting around

By train: Vias train station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station with TER and TGV services. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

Other things to note

During July and August, the accommodation is only available for hire from Saturday to Saturday.
A deposit of €300 will be required on arrival.
Travellers must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed and bath linen kits can be booked for €10 per person.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can carry it out for you for a fixed price of €84 including tax.
Cleaning obligatory in July and August.
Payment for cleaning on site if not included in the booking.
Groups of young people are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
