The space
This charming 65 m² holiday home, located in a quiet and secure residence, is perfect for a stay with family or friends, just a few minutes from the beaches of Vias.
On the ground floor, you'll find a bright living area with a sofa bed (140x200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine...), a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm).
Upstairs, a second bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) comfortably accommodates additional guests.
Outside, a spacious 60 m² garden-terrace awaits, fully equipped with a barbecue, outdoor shower, sun loungers, parasol, and dining table – perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle.
Dominique, the owner, will personally welcome you and will be your main contact throughout your stay.

The neighborhood
The house is located in a gated, private residence. The surroundings are peaceful and ideal for relaxation.
Getting around
Train stations: Vias (1 km) or Agde (5 km), with TER and TGV connections.
Airport: Béziers-Cap d’Agde (5 km).
Bus: Hérault Transport network with regular service to Vias.
Other things to note
In July and August, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only.
Security deposit: €300, to be paid on arrival.
Cleaning fee: €80, to be paid on arrival.
Bed linen and towels not included – rental kits available for €10 per person.
Groups of young people are not allowed.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee of €40 per stay.
