The accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests thanks to its well-designed sleeping areas:

- safety gate on the stairs, ideal for families with children

👉 The RIBOLEYS team will meet you directly at the accommodation to hand over the keys and will remain available throughout your stay.

The accommodation includes one parking space within the gated community “Romarines 1” and one space in the visitor parking lot.

Vias offers visitors 5 km of fine sandy beaches, traditional markets with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and unspoiled natural areas to explore via pleasant walking trails—ideal for a vacation in Occitanie.
This typical Occitan village, nestled in a remarkable natural setting, is a modern and vibrant seaside resort. Vias is an ideal destination for a family vacation.
The town of Vias will charm you with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux Art Gallery, a stroll along the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of wandering through the streets of Vias by the waterfront, enjoying a day at Europark, or renting bikes to cycle along a section of the famous Canal du Midi or the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to Vias’s various beaches is very easy via bike paths (2.5 km) or directly with on-site parking. Many water activities are available at the different beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing, paddleboarding, kitesurfing, wakeboarding, and sea kayaking... The accommodation is located near a variety of restaurants, bars, and other shops.

The house is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully enclosed. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
Transportation
By train: The Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those preferring to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d’Agde Airport allows you to fly to Vias. This airport is located 5 kilometers from downtown Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault region.
Other things to note
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rent from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival.
Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional extra for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can take care of it for you for a flat fee of €70 (including tax).
Cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
Payment for cleaning is due on-site if not included in the reservation.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
