MA01 - Situated in the heart of the gated community ‘Marysol’, this 48m² two-bedroom-plus-one-bedroom villa will delight you with its peaceful setting and lovely terrace.
The space
This charming 48 m² accommodation has been designed to offer comfort and convenience, making it ideal for holidays with family or friends. It comprises a pleasant, light-filled living area with a comfortable sofa, air conditioning and direct access to the outside. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned to ensure you have a pleasant stay, even during the hottest summer days.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home. You’ll find a Senseo coffee machine, a dishwasher and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals with ease.
The bathroom, located on the ground floor, features a shower, a washbasin and a hairdryer. The toilet is separate for added daily convenience.
As for sleeping arrangements, the property offers several comfortable sleeping areas, all equipped with duvets and pillows:
A bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 cm double bed
A bedroom upstairs with two 90 cm bunk beds
A large mezzanine with a sofa bed
Outside, you can enjoy a large terrace fitted with an awning, furnished with garden furniture and an electric barbecue, perfect for sharing meals al fresco or relaxing after a day at the beach.
The property also has a private parking space located at the entrance to the house.
The beach and the shopping street in Vias-Plage are within walking distance, allowing you to make the most of your stay without needing to use the car.
👉 Upon your arrival, the RIBOLEYS concierge service will provide you with a welcome kit, including tea towels and microfibre cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, bin bags and a bath mat, so you can settle in comfortably as soon as you arrive.
👉 The RIBOLEYS team will meet you directly at the property to hand over the keys and will remain available and contactable throughout your stay.
Pets are welcome in this property, subject to a supplement of €40 per stay per pet.

The town of Vias is sure to win you over with a host of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll along the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of wandering through the streets of Vias by the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark, or hiring bikes to cycle along a section of the famous Canal du Midi or the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to Vias’s various beaches is very easy via cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly via on-site car parks. A wide range of water sports are available at the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing, paddleboarding, kitesurfing, wakeboarding and sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a wide range of restaurants, bars and other shops.

The house is situated in a private, secure residential complex. It is fully enclosed. The complex is quiet and family-friendly.
Getting around
By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those preferring to travel from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV services. This station is just 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d’Agde Airport allows you to fly to Vias. This airport is located 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault region.
Other things to note
During July and August, the accommodation is only available to rent from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €300 will be required on arrival.
Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed linen and towel kits can be booked for €10 per person.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can arrange this for you for a flat fee of €84 (including VAT).
End-of-stay cleaning is compulsory in July and August.
Payment for cleaning is to be made on site if not included in the booking.
Groups of young people are not accepted.
Pets are allowed in this property, subject to a supplement of €40 per stay per pet.

Free cancellation up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 50% cancellation fee up to 14 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
In the event of cancellation, full refund up to 30 days before arrival.
If the reservation was made less than 30 days before arrival, a full refund will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation and at least 14 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival, a 50% refund will be made.
No refunds will be made after this period.
In the event of cancellation, the booking fee is non-refundable.
